Bookings and prices
All prices shown on this site are “from” prices per person and depend on travel season, group size and accommodation level. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp or email and any agreed deposit has been received.
Park and conservancy fees
Park, reserve and conservancy fees are set by third parties and can change. Where a package lists park fees as included, the price is correct at the time of quoting; if a fee changes before your trip we will tell you what it means for the price.
Payment
Payment methods are confirmed at booking. Deposit and balance terms, including M-Pesa details, are being finalised and will appear here once approved by the business.
Cancellation and changes
Our cancellation, refund and date-change policy is being finalised and will be published here. Until then, please ask about cancellation terms for your specific trip before you pay a deposit.
Weather, wildlife and park operations
Wildlife sightings, the wildebeest migration and road or weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. Parks or roads may close without notice; where that happens we will offer the best available alternative.
Travellers' responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance, including any cross-border requirements for Uganda and Rwanda trips. Requirements depend on your nationality — check official sources.
Community visits
Maasai village visits are arranged with the community and a fee contribution is included where listed. We ask guests to follow the guide's instructions and to photograph people only with permission.
