Who we are
Safariko Tours is a safari operator based in Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +254 796 897 190 or by email at safarikotours@gmail.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, country, travel dates, group size and anything you write in the message. When you browse the site we may collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, plan and quote your safari, and manage your booking. We contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your trip. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run your trip — for example your name and dates with camps, lodges or park authorities where a booking requires it. Service providers such as email or analytics processors handle data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act you may ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will respond. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.
